Lyndon K. Forde

Sr. Executive VP of Technology Director of Network Operations

Lyndon Forde brings over 50 years of leadership in telecommunications, specializing in high-availability network operations, switch commissioning, and operational resilience. He has held senior roles at Sprint, Ericsson Managed Services, T-Mobile and Cogent, overseeing 24/7 network operations across the U.S., including major switching hubs in New York City.

In the aftermath of 9/11, Lyndon recalls playing a critical role in retrieving DMS‑250 switch images and journal files, ensuring continuity of switch firmware data in case primary switching routes, including those on Hudson Street, were compromised. This preparedness enabled rapid rebuilds in the event of link failures. (Internal account based on Lyndon’s firsthand experience.)

At Guyanetix, Lyndon leads the commissioning and operations of all data center network infrastructure. His strengths include operational risk planning, switch configuration integrity, and Tier-certified uptime strategies. Richard Kaldenhoven is a veteran Senior Electrical Engineer and Project Manager with over 30 years of leadership in the design and delivery of resilient, high-availability electrical systems for data centers, telecommunications hubs, and energy-intensive commercial operations. He has successfully delivered over 25 MW of mission-critical infrastructure across Tier III and Tier IV data centers in North America and the Caribbean.

His core competencies include redundant power design (N+1/2N), UPS, and BESS systems; paralleling switchgear and utility interconnection strategies; medium/low voltage distribution and energy-efficient retrofits; and compliance with NFPA 70E, NEC, and Uptime Tier standards.

Richard has acted as a strategic consultant to major telecom providers in the New York metro area, overseeing complex system upgrades and greenfield builds with zero downtime during transitions. He is recognized for his agility in sourcing long-lead equipment, adapting designs under pressure, and delivering projects on schedule in challenging environments—including off-grid powerplants for island microgrids.

His forward-looking approach integrates sustainability and AI-ready design considerations, positioning him as a key asset in the transformation of digital infrastructure. Richard thrives at the intersection of technical precision and real-world execution, enabling data center developers to meet aggressive performance, uptime, and energy goals.

Wai Keung Au‑Yeung is an accomplished telecommunications infrastructure leader with over 20 years of experience designing, implementing, and maintaining high‑availability network systems for Tier 1 carriers—Sprint, T‑Mobile, Ericsson, and Cogent Communications—delivering continuity, data integrity, and service‑level excellence.

He’s overseen complex deployments of DWDM, optical circuits, Nortel DMS 250 voice switching, and SS7 signaling. His roles at Sprint and Ericsson emphasized technical oversight of voice and transport networks; at T‑Mobile, he led field deployments of circuit and power systems; and at Cogent, he ensured data center readiness, environmental monitoring, and resilient power engineering.

With Cisco CCNA certification and fluency in English and Cantonese—with working knowledge of Mandarin—Wai navigates multicultural partnerships seamlessly. Now, as a key figure in GuyaNetix’s ultra‑efficient, water‑cooled green data center in Guyana, he drives network strategy focused on uptime, energy optimization, and scalable AI‑era architecture across the Caribbean and South America.
